Phoenix Health Services’ Partial Hospitalization Services provide intensive outpatient care for individuals with mental health disorders. This treatment program is designed to help those needing structure and guidance daily but not requiring hospitalization. Our Partial Hospitalization Services offer various therapeutic activities, including group therapy, individual counseling, medication management, and recreational activities.

Our Supportive Housing/Half-Way Houses model the responsibility of independent living skills, budgeting, vocational training, and job search assistance. This level of care is designed to improve the participants’ ability to structure and organize the tasks of daily living, stabilize, and maintain the stability of the individual’s substance use disorder symptoms, and help them develop and apply recovery skills.
