Phoenix Health Services recognizes the importance of a holistic approach to treatment for addiction and the fact that every individual requires special care. Person-centered services begin by helping participants identify and utilize opportunities for recovery and sober living through our Intensive Outpatient service. This treatment incorporates multiple group sessions, one-on-one sessions, weekly therapy sessions, life skills training, gender-specific groups, relapse skills, coping skills, and Medication-Assisted Treatment as an essential component in providing a holistic approach to the treatment regimen.

Our overall objective is to help each participant achieve sobriety and reach their individual goals by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and habits to remain free from addiction as they reenter the community. Supportive housing is available for those individuals needing housing during the recovery process and after that.

Putting You First

Our Supportive Housing/Half-Way Houses model the responsibility of independent living skills, budgeting, vocational training, and job search assistance. This level of care is designed to improve the participants’ ability to structure and organize the tasks of daily living, stabilize, and maintain the stability of the individual’s substance use disorder symptoms, and help them develop and apply recovery skills.
