Phoenix Health Services’ Half-Way Housing is designed to provide supportive housing and programming for individuals in recovery from substance use disorder. The program aims to help residents transition back into independent living while providing a safe, secure environment for those in recovery. The Half-Way Housing Program offers a variety of services to assist in rebuilding lives, including individual counseling and case management, group and family therapy, life skills classes, budgeting support, job placement assistance, and referrals to other community services such as substance abuse treatment programs. Residents are also provided access to 24-hour residential staff support for help in crises or when a resident needs assistance.
